ANNUAL REPORTS 2006

This page provides links to the annual reports that are required by law to be made to the Charity Commission and also to those reports which are required by the constitution of the British Friends of Vanuatu to be made to the membership each year.

Other documents and reports may be added if they are considered to provide more background information or other items of interest relating to the work of the Trust.

(a)	Annual Report to the Charity Commission on the year ending 31.12.2006. The report to the Charity Commission is due for submission by October of the following year at the latest. The BFOV report for 2006 was submitted on 17th August 2007. We shall do much better next year.
(b)	Chairman's report on 2006 to the Annual General Meeting held in Bristol on Saturday 28.4.2007 The annual report to the 2007 AGM of the association was a composite report covering both the main organisation and the trust. Reports for 2007 will be separate.
(c)	Financial Statement - Balance Sheet for the year ending 31.12.2006 Although 2006 was the first year of operation for the trust, the amount of £5250 was actually received into the newly opened trust account (transfer donation sum form the main account) in late December, 2006. By agreement with the Charity Commission, the year 2006 was the first reporting year for the new trust.
